IET Power Steps to Transformation
Quite the opposite of “no pain – no gain”, the motto of these Power Steps To Transformation programs are “no pleasure – no treasure”.
These programs are designed to create an environment of joy-filled energetic expansion and personal transformation.
These IET Steps to Transformation programs will help you heal your trauma without having to relive the drama or pain.
What to expect
I will provide instruction and also guide you through an angelic meditative energy process to help you learn about and experience each step, with an independent session for each of the seven Steps. Each session is highly interactive; you will complete a brief writing exercise during the session (no one will see what you write except you), and there will be plenty of time to ask questions and to optionally share experiences. For most steps you will learn a simple hand mudra to automatically re-activate the experience whenever you need it.
