People often ask me why or how I became a Holistic Life Cycle Coach. From a young age, I was drawn to beauty, food, health, nature, and science. No one taught me these wonderful things that made me feel and look radiant—I simply knew. What I didn’t know, I read about. However, my pursuit of these passions was put on hold early in life. In 1990, at just 15 years old, I became a mother, completely unprepared for the challenges ahead.
Before my son Michael was born, I managed to get my GED, despite only having an 8th-grade education. I also earned a food service certification from BOCES. People say everything happens for a reason, and I had to learn quickly—there were no excuses. I now understand why my baby was born sickly, though at the time, doctors had no answers, calling it an unspecified respiratory illness. He was treated as an asthmatic, but nothing worked. For the first seven years of his life, Michael remained extremely sick, with worsening episodes. I kept asking questions, but no answers came, and my own health began to decline—mentally, digestively, and reproductively. Misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis left both of us without hope.
By 1997, I was working in a health food store, trying to improve my health and my child’s. One day, an herbalist came in to drop off tinctures, and I bombarded him with questions—could these help my child? How do they work? Could he recommend anything? A few days later, he returned with three bottles and clear instructions. I followed his guidance to the letter, and what happened next was life-changing.
As I learned about food and herbs as medicine and began implementing them into our lives, Michael started improving—in health, spirit, and even his palate! It was nothing short of miraculous. I read everything I could get my hands on about organic living, natural health, food as medicine, and alternative treatments. Three years later, Michael’s health was so much better that he only had episodes when we moved to new states. Now, he only has mild allergies—a far cry from the baby allergic to almost everything: food, trees, plants, animals, grass, and even sand.
My exposure to this new world sparked an insatiable hunger for more knowledge about this holistic way of living, which is really just a return to our Indigenous roots. In 1998, I became an apprentice at a wellness center, gaining experience in massage therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and skincare. I wanted to be licensed, so in 2000, I decided to attend aesthetics school and became an aesthetician. Since then, I have worked alongside doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, mentors, and coaches in day spas, medispas, wellness centers, and my own private practice.
These experiences taught me so much about people and what motivates them. I realized that everyone wants to live a good life, feel happy and healthy, and look their best—but more than anything, they want to feel good about themselves. Often, people feel overwhelmed, not knowing where to start. I stepped up and deepened my understanding of skin health and its connection to overall well-being, as well as the effects of what we put into and on our bodies.
In 2009, I met a woman who became the catalyst for bringing all my education together. She introduced me to the Biblical Health Institute, where I became a Certified Biblical Health Coach. I knew I wanted to mentor women, but not solely through nutrition. Food has always been my entry point, but my purpose has bloomed beyond it. After years of study, coaching, and working, I am now fulfilling my dream of helping women nourish, empower, and renew themselves from the inside out as a Wholistic Womyn’s Wellness Advocate and Holistic Childbirth/Family Consultant, using the gifts that Mother Nature has provided.
Early motherhood, abuse, life stress, and a family history of mental and physical illness have shown me how important it is for women—at any stage of life, whether maiden, mother, queen, or crone—to maintain good health, master their bodies, and balance the demands of being a modern woman while still nurturing their own needs for growth and self-development.
I am in love with this amazing world. Everything I learned early in life has led me back to my true purpose, which, until a few years ago, wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped. Life is a process, and every step along the way has been perfect because it brought me to where I am now—right where I’m meant to be. Namaste!
My Sacred Vision
I invite women—whether maiden, mother, queen, or crone—to nourish, empower, and care for themselves, preparing their body, mind, and spirit in the best possible way. Using the wise women tradition of thinking and healing, I help women navigate the challenges of aging, bodily changes, mental stress, and the environmental pollution of our ever-changing world.
I support women as they face “Healthy Life” challenges, helping them release lifestyle choices that no longer serve them in order to enhance their overall health, nourishment, well-being, and empowerment. I guide them to embrace their full potential as radiant, discerning beings, using a holistic approach to life. Women will learn to love themselves as they are—healthy, whole, and holy.
By teaching women to nourish, empower, and care for themselves with nature’s gifts—local organic foods, revitalizing handmade skincare, professionally selected energetic treatments, affirmations, aromatherapy, crystals, herbal tinctures, nourishing infusions, and flower essences—I help them feel healthy, whole, and holy from the inside out.
By providing connection, education, resources, and support, I open a community that helps people discover the benefits of holistic living. Together, we nurture ourselves, each other, and our beloved Mother Earth.
